Working Principle:
The material is placed in the rotary drum, and through the action of the helical blades and indirect helical lifting plates inside the drum, the materials are inter-connected with each other through radial support and other methods, and are supported on the wheel group. The rotary motion of the machine body is driven by gears or other transmission systems connected to the machine body. The material is transported and lifted by the helical blades and intermittent helical lifting plates in each drum, and discharged from the lower end of the collecting bin connected to the outer drum. The hot air can mix with the material to flow together and be discharged from the upper end of the collecting bin, or be discharged from the exhaust port through the two radial smoke pipes, internal smoke pipes, annular smoke pipes, outer smoke hoods, and smoke pipes communicating with each other in the drum. Thus, the material is dried.
