Used as acidity regulator, acidulant, pickling agent, flavor enhancer, spice, etc.;
Allows the pH to be lowered below that required for optimal microbial growth;
It is mainly used in compound seasoning, wax preparation, canned food, cheese, jelly, etc. It is the earliest and most used sour agent in China;
Acetic acid solution diluted to 4%~5% will be added to various seasonings;
Use vinegar as a sour agent, supplemented with pure natural nutrition and health products to make beverages;
