Q1: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are manufacturer from Xiamen China, who produce shower head、hand shower、faucets、toilets and other sanitary ware products. Currently Our manufacturing process service cover from moulding, injection, casting, machining, polishing chrome plating to final assembly.
Q2: What's the MOQ?
A: Usually the MOQ for our products is 500pcs/order/color finish, with bulk packaging. But in order to support customer new business development, the MOQ can be negotiated case by case.
Q3: What is your sample policy and delivery time?
A: Sample charge required, but once the mass order is confirmed, sample cost can be deducted from mass order. Sample standard lead time will be 7-10 working days but actual sample item and sample quantity will need more some days.
Q4: What's your shipment way?
A: By air, by sea or by express according to your requirement.
Q5: What is the regular order production lead time?
For regular orders, depends on the quantity and other requirements, usually it takes 35-45days.
Q6: What is your payment term for regular order?
A: T/T 50% before production, T/T 50% before shipment.
